Please read this before you buy a plan or top up tokens.

No refunds

All plan payments and token purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is made, we do not offer refunds, part-refunds, or credit reversals for unused time or unused tokens.

We would rather fix it

If something is not working for you, or you are not sure a plan is right, talk to our team first. Almost everything can be sorted out over a chat - a billing question, a feature you cannot find, tokens that did not credit, or help choosing the right plan. Open a chat any time from the Support option in your dashboard, and a real person will help you.

Before you pay

Every account gets a free trial with tokens included, so you can try the product properly before spending anything. We recommend using the trial first. If you still have questions, reach out on chat and we will answer before you buy.
